    Shipping

    Orders received Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays are typically shipped within one (1) - two (2) business days. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.

    Domestic Orders

    All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. The typically delivery time is two (2) to three (3) days to most locations in the US. However, this is not a guaranteed service.

    International Orders

    All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, which delivers to over 190 countries and territories worldwide. The average business day delivery is six (6) to ten (10) days. (Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.)

    Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Paypal, & Visa... and cash of course if it's an in-person transaction :-)

    Returns & Exchanges

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Folklabel stands behind its products, but if you need to return or exchange your Folklabel item(s), it needs to be in an un-funky condition. By un-funky we mean you have not worn it all around town and then decided to send it back to us. You may return or exchange the un-funky item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Returned item(s) may be exchanged for an another product of equal value, refund, or credit towards another Folklabel purchase.

    Return & Exchange Instructions

    Please ship your un-funky product and a copy of the invoice sent with the original order to the following address postage paid. If you do not have the original order, be sure to include all information necessary to process the returned item(s), including name, date of purchase, address, email, and phone number.

    Designs

    We find design inspiration all over the place… old signs, movies, catch phrases, and great stories people share. We are just in awe of the life around us and want to reflect that through design. Got an idea that you think would make a cool shirt? Let us know. Have some artistic talent and want to collaborate on a design together? Let us know that as well.

    Canvas & Sizing

    Our designs are printed on superb quality and heavenly soft fabrics. These tees are “fashion fit” and run slightly more snug than some other brands. If you are in-between sizes or desire a more relaxed fit you may want to order a size up. If a shirt is unavailable in your size, please make a request for your size (you know… that whole supply & demand thing). For more detailed sizing information, please see the sizing chart.

    The washing instructions for each shirt vary by shirt type and are printed on the neck label. Please be sure to adhere to these instructions, so you’re shirt stays in the same great shape and fit throughout its life.

    Reprints & Size Requests

    If your size is not available for a particular design, be sure to let us know, so we can get rolling on some more inventory.

    We work hard to create high quality products people resonate with… which requires a lot of listening. The collective voice of our customers, lets us know what people like and helps us evolve the direction of our brand. Based on the feedback we get from customers, we may release more designs from a particular theme or create updated versions.
